Do you provide a free initial consultation?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ms. Virgadamo provides most cases<\/em> with a free initial consultation either over the telephone or at her office. The cost, if any, for the consultation is determined by Ms. Virgadamo on a case by case basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

What are the fees for representation?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ms. Virgadamo will determine the fee on a case by case basis following your initial consultation. However, Ms. Virgadamo makes every effort to provide the best representation at reasonable fees. The fees will be established in your representation contract with Ms. Virgadamo.<\/span><\/p>\n

You will be charged in one of the following three manners:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Flat Rate<\/strong> \u2013 <\/span>This will be a one time fee that you pay for representation. A flat rate normally applies to the drafting of standard documents.<\/li>\n
  2. Hourly Rate<\/strong> \u2013 <\/span>Ms. Virgadamo will establish an hourly rate and provide you with monthly invoices. However, unlike some attorneys, Ms. Virgadamo does not round up on her hours. For example, if Ms. Virgadamo works on your claim for 30 minutes, you will be charged for .5 hours, not a whole hour. In addition, Ms. Virgadamo will provide you with a detailed account of all services performed.<\/li>\n
  3. Contingency<\/strong> \u2013 <\/span>Ms. Virgadamo does take some cases on contingency. For these cases, you do not pay anything during the case except for court costs and administrative fees. Ms. Virgadamo will collect a specified percentage once damages have been awarded.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Does Ms. Virgadamo require an up front retainer for her services?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Yes, for both hourly rate and flat rate services, Ms. Virgadamo requires a retainer to be determined on a case by case basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Once I contact Ms. Virgadamo, how long will it take for a response?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Ms. Virgadamo believes in continuous client communication and updates. As such, all telephone calls and e-mails will receive a response within one business day. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Can deadlines affect my ability to recover on my claim?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Yes. There are deadlines that apply to most cases. Your failure to take appropriate action by the deadlines can result in rejection of your claim. Therefore, you should not wait in taking legal action or hiring counsel.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Does Ms. Virgadamo take all cases for which she provides representation?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    No. Unfortunately, due to the volume of cases, Ms. Virgadamo cannot represent all potential clients.
